(iv) Market Saturation and Competition — Your industry's competitive landscape, the saturation of outbound outreach in your market, and the responsiveness of your target audience are variables outside our control.

(v) Platform Changes — Changes to LinkedIn's policies, email deliverability standards, telephony regulations, or social media algorithms may affect campaign performance at any time.

ALL PAYMENTS TO VIRAILABS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes but is not limited to: onboarding fees, setup fees, monthly service fees, management fees, per-lead fees, and any prepaid campaign credits or budgets.

Once a service agreement has been executed and work has commenced — including but not limited to account setup, data sourcing, campaign configuration, or any outreach activity — all fees paid are fully earned and non-refundable.

ViralAILabs does not offer pro-rated refunds, partial refunds, credits, or chargebacks for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with results, change of business direction, inability to close leads generated, or early cancellation of services.

By engaging ViralAILabs services, you explicitly waive any right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution for services rendered. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback constitutes a breach of your service agreement and may result in legal action to recover the disputed amount plus associated legal fees.
